How we use your details

When you request a booking we keep your name, email, optional phone number and what the booking is for, so the parish office can review and confirm it and contact you about it.

• Only church staff who manage bookings can see your details. The public calendar shows only whether a time is free or booked.
• We delete your details automatically 12 months after the booking date.
• We use one essential cookie, to protect forms from forgery and to keep staff signed in. No tracking or advertising cookies.
• To ask about or remove your details, contact the parish office.
